One simple way to increase your muscle mass is to lift lots of weight just a few times. Choose a muscle group to start with, perhaps the chest or the biceps. Warm up with lighter weights. Try a lot of reps of light weights to get your blood and muscles ready. Change to a heavier weight for the next set. You should only be able to do 6 to 8 repetitions at this weight. Add five pounds to the weight and the repeat this for a third set.
